The Celis hotel restaurant offers a traditional recipes menu with natural ingredients and local typical food products.

In springtime, tasty risotto and fried eggs are prepared with seasonal spontaneous herbs. A special roasted kid, venison with polenta, the frico are served with the best local wines, produced in the Cellina river-side wineries.

Among the several special recipes, there are potatoes & pumpkin gnocchi, the cjalsons di petuccia, the trout with aromatic herbs and “dulcis in fundo” the fruits cake, ricotta cake and the apfel strudel.



The Celis restaurant cooking will make you appreciate the bio-agricultural food products of the Barcis lakeland and Cellina valley: dairy cheese, local cottage smoked cheese, beans, potatoes, herbal plants for traditional recipes.
